General Information:
The SSAA 2-Gun competition is a practical speed shooting event for rimfire rifles and handguns.
Three separate stages will be provided in each competition. Stages are set with assorted steel or paper targets and will require the shooter to safely transition between firearm types during each course of fire. The stages are similar to those used in IPSC type competitions except that all shooting will be from within defined shoot boxes. Each stage will typically begin with up to 10 targets using a rifle from a fixed shoot box position, the shooter will then safely transition to a handgun and engage up to 20 more targets from the same or different shoot boxes.
A detailed stage brief will be provided to all competitors prior to each stage.
