SSAA (Brisbane) holds General Meetings on the fourth Monday of the month (check calendar for months that have meetings) at 7:00 PM in the upstairs room of the main club building.
These meetings are a vital forum where members discuss the operational aspects of the club, including upcoming events, safety policies, and range improvements. They provide a platform for the Board to present updates on the club’s financial status and achievements, while allowing members to voice their opinions, raise concerns, or suggest new initiatives.
Attending these meetings helps members stay connected with the club’s direction and future plans. Dates for each meeting are posted on this web page and are confirmed at the previous meeting.

SSAA (Brisbane) holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the fourth Monday of October at 7:00 PM in the upstairs room of the main club building. The next AGM will be on 26th October 2026.
The AGM is an important event where members review the club’s financial reports, elect Board members, and discuss key developments from the past year. It provides an opportunity for members to have their say on the club’s future direction and governance.
The October AGM will be conducted under the rules of our new constitution, adopted on 14th September 2026.
